Overview
Successful candidates will be contributing as a leader of the creative team to design cutting edge Web sites, landing pages, interactive advertisements, email templates, and banners. This person is responsible for working directly with clients to design compelling interactive projects that reflect our clients' brand's creative materials.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop & designing online brand creative pieces (including landing pages, banners, email).
- Product design execution (including applications, web sites, landing pages, email)
- Maintain deliverable schedules for completion of projects on time
- Lead/participate in conceptual brainstorming and creative development processes
- Stay abreast of industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technologies being used for digital/online design.
Required Qualifications
- BFA in Graphic Design
- Minimum 2-3 years post-college experience in graphic design with an advertising agency, marketing firm or design studio.
- Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, composition, and color theory
- Successful candidate should have proven skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash as well as knowledge of HTML editors such as Dreamweaver.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.) also required.
- Ability to participate throughout the site production process to ensure results match design
- Solid understanding of HTML, DHTML, JAVA Script, ASP, JSP a plus
- High initiative, high energy, confidence, passion for the job, decisive eye for detail
